I’m an actuary and software engineer who has spent fifteen years modernising how life & annuity insurers run their finance, actuarial, and capital operations across the US, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. I turn fragmented, manual processes into governed, scalable platforms that lower cost, strengthen controls, and give leadership faster, auditable numbers to act on.

I’ve spent my career across two disciplines that rarely sit together — actuarial modelling of liabilities, valuation, and capital, and the engineering that turns those models into production systems — across M&A transactions, operations-transfer programmes, and green-field builds. I’m now bringing AI into that same regulated, high-stakes core. I don’t hand over a deck and walk away; I own the operating model and live with the outcome — the perspective I brought to the keynote stage at Insurance Innovators in Nashville (2025). I’m drawn to problems where insurance, capital, and technology meet, and always open to a good conversation.

When I’m not thinking technology, I enjoy reading about geopolitics, history, and learning different spoken languages.
